“If your looking for a quick review then " A++++++++ SERVICE and WORK ! However if your looking for a complete review keep reading.I was new to SWF and had my classic car damaged by road debris. I called and spoke with Rob and he was polite and respectful on the phone and seemed to know what he was talking about ( He was not the first collision place that I had called and the others, lets just say weren't as nice or lacked knowledge). Rob Said bring it in! Soon after that phone call I was then rear ended and then hit with Hurricane IAN, there is even more unfortunate events that unfolded with a truck tire hitting my mini van but I will spare you ( IT WOULD BE A NOVEL).So not only was Rob's shop effected by the hurricane as well as his staffs personally being effected. He then told me to work direct with Norma as things were hectic on from IAN.Norma and I became close over many phone calls with Rob following up at every chance that he could.Rod, Norma and his staff managed to fix all my cars and helped me beyond just collision work. The caring, and even laughter ( In a crazy situation) made everything a little easier to handle.Even months after the when some little issues came up he took the vehicle back and quickly fixed it and followed through on his word ( SOMETHING YOU DON'T FIND IN TODAYS TIME).So in closing, If you are looking for great work and exceptional service and someone that will be DEAD HONEST, and a staff that follows suit, then COLLISION EXPECTS of CAPE CORAL is the place where you should take your vehicle.Thank you Rob, Norma and Staff ! “Went in today looking for compound to get some yellow paint/scratch from my rental and the employee asked me what the issue was. That employee ended being the owner who at no charge took some of their own compound and washed it off for me. “Mark had given me an estimate with the highest possible amount I might have to pay. When the job was done, it cost just a little over half that amount!. The workmanship is excellent. He is an old-school, honest guy, and he provides great service. The bodywork was done when he said it would be done, and he did a few little extra things for no charge.T & M is a diamond in the rough. I highly recommend this business for collision or body damage.”

“I have an old spare car that I took to another shop. They fixed a few things and recommended me to go here to get a weld repair on my muffler/exhaust that had separated in one area and rattling. I made an appt and came today at 10am (2/12/24). One man/owner shop but he was very polite, got my car in, took a look, welded my muffler problem and out the door within an hour for a very reasonable price. I waited while he did the repair. The shop has been around a long time, the owner seems honest and straightforward, prices are reasonable. If it’s a repair that you can wait on, you can walk across to shopping center, go next door to Wendy’s Restaurant or wait in the small shop office area like I did (no TV/AC/other amenities that I saw) but it was fine for me because of the quick service and very reasonable price. Recommend you check out this place for mufflers or radiators.”
“Ted and Jim are the best! They fought with the Insurance company fixed the car and it looks like it did before the claim. They missed hooking up my fog lights when they put it back together. When I brought it back over they didn't argue or get defensive they just scheduled the car back in and corrected the issue. Professional and excellent at customer service. “West Coast collision did an awesome job servicing my 2010 Cadillac. Unfortunately my car was damaged in a minor accident but required a reasonable amount of work to repair. I had gotten several estimates and West Coast came in the least expensive. The job was completed slightly earlier than quoted with an a final price that was also slightly less. They did a great job matching paint color. I hope I never have to use a collision shop again but if I did I would not hesitate to come back here”

“As snow birds we started our trip back north today with our F-150 loaded to the brim and fully prepared to get a few hundred miles out of the way before stopping but of course the truck had other plans!The alternator went out on our way to the highway and we were stranded on the side of the road but not for long!! Not only did we get picked up within 30 minutes of breaking down but they replaced the alternator and we are back on the road in less than two and a half hours.Such great work ethic and helpful staff, we will be back next winter for all our vehicle repairs!Services: Car towing”
