This place should be ashamed of themselves I feel 7-Eleven should take their name away from this store my wife was physically attacked by the their night time worker he put her in a head lock an proceeded to drag her around the store at least the manager did one thing right an fired him but not by choice but because we filed a suit against them......

Excellent, the girls in the morning brighten my day, sabana, teresa, vivi. They both help each other in English and Spanish, it's great that they have a person who speaks Spanish.

I can’t remember the last time I was able to print a receipt here, I would guess it’s been almost a year at this point. We need gas receipts for taxes as do many of the professions on the island. My husband filled his boat and truck and had over $500 in gas and went inside for the receipt and even that machine wasn’t working. It’s completely ridiculous. Today the “yes” button on the screen wasn’t even working to say yes I want my receipt. Maintain your machines! We try to avoid using this station for this reason which is a bummer because we were excited about another station on the island.

What's the point of having staff work overnight and be present in the store when all they do is lock the doors after 10 PM. I've been refused service and been told they are closed 5 times in the last 2 weeks. These staff members are family members of the store manager and they are very unprofessional and lazy. They exaggerate a situation claiming I acted hostile just because I questioned why it took 15 minutes for my gas pump to be reset one evening and I was even offering to talk the guy through how to do it. Instead he has me wait an additional 15 minutes for the manager his step daughter to arrive and she refuses to watch the cameras to see he's lying about what took place. Family members shouldn't work underneath another family member who is a supervisor because favoritism is very present especially in my situation.

We’re by there at 12:30 AM and the clerk had the doors locked and said they were closed states on Google they are 24 hour store

First of all, you’re not open 24 hours. You don’t even have any hours posted on the store. And now you have re hired someone who was trying to sell their body behind the counter. She is also a huge heroine addict. It’s obvious you guys don’t do background checks because she’s been to prison for aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Get your stuff straight 7/11.

Me and my wife were just at your store today and both got some cheese at your hotdog rollers for dogs and taco chips and we both got sick afterwards. So maybe that cheese is going bad. About 3 hrs later we both had diarrhea and my wife also threw up.

I am in local so I’m a little disappointed. The staff are rude. Price tag said one price then was charged another. Manager was also rude when approached about the error. They blamed it on the hurricane. Come on. They need to learn the law. If it sais the price then that’s the price. This is not the quality of service one should expect. Especially after the hurricane.

Who ever owns/manages this place is an absolute joke. It’s the only gas station on the island up and running after the storm and they just pick and choose when they want to be open. What a joke.
