I just had an appointment at 10am, there was a note on the door that said will return at 10am. I waited 5 minutes, I called the store, guy finally shows up and he unlocks the door and he was rude from the moment I walked in. No sorry for not being on time, nothing. Tell him I’m having trouble trading in my old phone and he basically said take it back to Best Buy and I said no they told me to give it to Verizon and he said well you need to go to a corporate store bc I can’t help you! So RUDE!! I will never step foot into that store again !

No stars for this store! They need to hire ppl that want to work! They don't know anything. I've been there twice same deal not helpful at all. The one person who helped me apparently I woke her up from a nap because she knew nothing, everything was I don't know.
Don't bother with this location, don't waste your time!

Let me start out by saying that Joe was awesome, but Jemmel, Jamal or however you spell her rude, unprofessional, angry, condescending , was down right nasty. I would avoid this location at all costs of that woman is working there. If you don’t like people and hate yourself that much then go work at home and don’t deal with humans.She completely messed up our business account setup, lied and said that Joe wasn’t capable of setting up business lines. She also said $1000 for trade in and then after everything was setup said it was only $830 trade in. After having to go to the other store, they realized that she set it all up under the wrong plan.I understand that it’s hard to find good employees, but I recommend hiring a card board cutout of Kim Jong Un as it would have a better presence for Verizon.

I am 62 years old so I've experienced a lot in my life and I have to say this was absolutely the worst customer experience I've ever had. When I entered there were two people there to help and they started arguing over me because Ilthry wanted to make a commission. finally one stormed off and dramatic fashion saying they were off to lunch. I was there, because the screen failed on my iPhone and the female rep who was there took my case off and there it was a little bit of black dmudyr on the edge . She took out a wipe to clean it, and then began a five minute lecture about phone hygiene and how it was no different than personal hygiene, and that this was absolutely disgusting and I shouldn't be handing something like this to her! I told her she wasn't my mother and I didn't appreciate her tone and then she refused to help me and told me that it was nothing I could do because my phone was broken and they wouldn't take a trade-in and I had to pay $800 today. I left and went to the Verizon store on Highway 19 they had me in an out in 20 minutes with a brand new phone for $35 . Do not go to the store under any circumstances make sure you go to an authentic Verizon store and not a reseller

Let's be honest, nobody wants to deal with going to get a new phone. It is usually a long and painful experience. Joe was very attentive, helpful and professional. I highly recommend visiting this store. Thanks, Joe!

I went in yesterday to upgrade my 2 phones. Sean helped me and my father. He was excellent. Nit only did he get the phones I wanted he was able to lower my monthly bill. If you need phone service or assistance I highly recommend coming here

Traded a phone that was approx 11 months old because we were told it would be an even exchange, they had a special going on and we also got a phone with less storage/memory. We are getting a bill adding the phone to pay on a monthly basis for 3 years. I have talked to manager twice and he was going to check on it. We have called several times for an update with no return call. Watch out they are thieves and as of today has done nothing to help us. Please double check what they are offering, better yet don’t shop there. Shawn at Verizon in safety harbor store.
