I've had a great experience with the staff at Safety Harbor Industrial Complex. I've rented a few different spaces over the past couple years and used them for storage and office space. The offices have all been remodeled over the past year or so and they're a great value. The very few issues I've had were handled in a timely and professional manner.

The new owners are horrible. The only thing the "manager" does is ride around her golf cart and yells at people. It's an unprofessional environment. Would never recommend.
