Very unhappy. I hate to make post that aren’t great but I’m so upset. I purchased a couple of things totaling 100$ I purchased an anklet bracelet and a bracelet and a charm. I got home and one of them broke and I took it back two days later and the owner was more less your out of luck but I was ok with it until I wore my sterling silver bracelet that I paid good money for and I get to work and it was in my jacket because it fell off and I put it back on and it came off again but this time I’m sure someone will take it home but it fell off again. I am not happy with this?.to edit, no I definitely do not have the wrong store, I did purchase a anklet that has since turned goldish color and if it’s real silver it won’t turn that dark and yes I did purchase a bracelet and it’s one of those that you pull on both ends and it tightens, well the next day I went to put it on and it came apart. Hopefully I have all the strings to fix it so I can take it to get fixed (not a silver chain but this is literally string) and I just have to find someone who can fix those types. So my anklet is a yellow color and my bracelet luckily came of in my shirt and the gap on the clasp is so big that is why it keeps falling off. So I have to pay to get that fixed. All three items I purchased has a problem. And it’s not like I paid 5 each I paid a 100$. So no I will see if I can repair these elsewhere.

Carly and Ken the owners of this awesome are the friendliest and nicest people I’ve met in safety harbor. Very knowlegable and very connected to their customers with politeness and for everyone that walks into their shop. My go to place for sure . Great knowing you Carly and Ken you are awesome

This place is very low quality.
I feel like they have a attitude issue.
You ever get the feeling someone is eyeing you crazy and giving you dirty looks.
Well I got a lot of that energy here.
I was looking for something for my fiance there and they literally just kept pushing things I knew she wouldn't enjoy on me.
It was just a horrible experience and ill spend my money elsewhere.

The absolute best silver store in the St. Pete area! I have had the best experiences with the owner and his wife, they are very kind and knowledgeable. Just recently moved away, and their virtual customer service is absolutely amazing. Can’t wait to order more pieces! Great prices, amazing jewelry, and even better customer service.
