A recent encounter with a pole left a good sized dent in the passenger-side door of my Mazda CX9. There was also some damage to the rear door, the front fender and the bumper. After checking out several other body shops, I decided to take it to Rick, who did an outstanding job of restoring my car to like-new condition. It looks great! Not only was Rick very pleasant to work with, but the repair was completed exactly when he said it would be and at a reasonable price. I went into Premier at the recommendation of my girlfriend, who had minor paint and body work done there on her Audi (she was extremely happy). I have a 3-year old Ford F-150 that's been a little battered from work use, and I wanted to take care of it. Rick, the owner, said I might not need to pay hundreds for paint work. He took the time to provide the name of numbers of (2) recommendations to a dent repair shop and a detail shop. I'm going there first, to determine what, if any, paint work will need to be done. Rick didn't need to take the time to do this, but put aside what he was in the middle of, and did so professionally and I appreciate him both taking the time to do so, even at his own expense. Shows a ton of integrity. Based upon both my girlfriend's experience and my own, I'd highly recommend Rick and Premier and he'll be my first and only stop when I need work in the future.Service: Auto body & trim replacement

The paint on my nearly 8 year old car was really bothering me--Toyotas will run forever but their white factory paint started looking dull after I'd had the car only a few years. Last year, I hung a dirty old tarp over the sunroof when it shattered, and that caused it to have terrible steaks down the driver and passenger sides that nothing else would get out. Rick did a great job at a pretty reasonable price (certainly better than buying another car at today's prices), and I love the way my car looks now. He also rebuffed out my headlights. Just a little overspray on the tires that hopefully will fade off in time; otherwise, a highly recommended job!
