“Whomever "T" and "MG" are, they are very wrong. They say this is a "Fake" USPS and using the logo illegally. They are very much WRONG! This is a Postal Contract Station for the USPS. They offer all the same prices for stamps and postage although they do not offer ALL services that are offered at a "Standard" USPS offices. This is a Card & Gift store which also has the Postal Contract Station inside. They aren't able to do some of the things as a standard post office, because they don't have the same equipment. Some people are clueless but will make stuff up. Highly recommend this place!”

“The people who work there are great and are always patient with me & finding my many packages. The only thing that is difficult is the office hours are only M-F 10am - 12pm & 2pm-4pm. It makes it difficult to get packages from them (especially if they’re time sensitive) & certain places won’t deliver to homes in this area. There used to be more open hours, but I guess they have changed that. Other than that, they’re wonderful there.”

“One of the better post offices in our area. Sometimes the men are "focused" and not very pleasant but for the most part everyone here seems to like their job and enjoying working. Always have the stamps I want and never rude. I make people smile everywhere I go and this place is no exception. I read the other reviews and am behooved bc I have never witnessed anything other than assistance. Clean too and fully stocked with boxes of various sizes :)”

“I really like the Cleveland st. Clearwater Post Office. They have great staff and customer service. I have been going there for 20 years and 98% of the time the customer service is fantastic, and professional. I always notice when people treat you with interest, courtesy and want to give you the best service. This Post Office should be commended or rewarded for their customer care. I really appreciate what they do and how they do it to help me with my postal services I need. That includes the PO Box. It is a great service. Well done!!!!”

“Not bad. Except the physical drop box drawer inside has been broken for over two months. I'm not sure why it hasn't been fixed yet, but it causes pre-labeled packages to pile up on the counter. This should have been fixed long ago.”

It’s especially important to go to a happy post office like this one during Christmas — they’re cheerful and patient with people.”
