“The move was traumatic for Safety Harbort townies. One or two of the full time veteran staff retired before or after the move. After a few transitions , the post office handles the flow of customers, while also being friendly and knowledgeable. I hope we make it through the election . The usps in general must handle the mail in ballots expediently and honestly. .”

“Just ran into this post office and had write a post! I showed up 15 minutes before they closed and had the best experience I've ever had a post office.
The entire staff was so friendly it felt like I was walking into a family owned business.
Donna (I believe was her name) was so helpful and had such an amazing personality.
I don't even live in Dunedin and I will always come to this location moving forward. Great experience! Exsecially at the end of the day.”

“I really like the Cleveland st. Clearwater Post Office. They have great staff and customer service. I have been going there for 20 years and 98% of the time the customer service is fantastic, and professional. I always notice when people treat you with interest, courtesy and want to give you the best service. This Post Office should be commended or rewarded for their customer care. I really appreciate what they do and how they do it to help me with my postal services I need. That includes the PO Box. It is a great service. Well done!!!!”
“The post office is inside the Food Mart at the gas station. Its not well marked on the outside of the building. Just step inside and look to the left. Great little post office, fast service”
“I go here a few times a week to ship items for a home business. Everyone is always helpful and friendly. I've dealt with nearly every single employee that works the front desk over the past years and I have never had a bad experience. I've had a few employees go above and beyond for me and always with a smile on their face.”

“Whomever "T" and "MG" are, they are very wrong. They say this is a "Fake" USPS and using the logo illegally. They are very much WRONG! This is a Postal Contract Station for the USPS. They offer all the same prices for stamps and postage although they do not offer ALL services that are offered at a "Standard" USPS offices. This is a Card & Gift store which also has the Postal Contract Station inside. They aren't able to do some of the things as a standard post office, because they don't have the same equipment. Some people are clueless but will make stuff up. Highly recommend this place!”

“My package was lost. Supervisor Dave found it and had it delivered the house. I appreciate the hard work. I know this job isn’t easy.
The front desk employees were very helpful and patient trying to locate my package. I was able to witness several pleasant interactions with customers/employees. One employee stopped a customer from accidentally dropping off a FedEx package while she was in the middle of a transaction. It’s refreshing to see those small acts of kindness.

“The clerks at this office have been friendly and helpful. There are some post offices that feel like the stereotype of a dmv. I used to low key dread going to mail something at the counter. This office defied those expectations. We are always in and out fairly quickly without a hassle. Our mail carrier is great too! He always gives a friendly greeting and drives carefully.”

“I had to get fingerprinted for my job and this little post office is super small and you'll swear it's a convenience store because they sell T-shirts and key chains for Safety Harbor. Lol Rachel is super sweet though. Very efficient.”
