Our whole family loves this bookstore! We can always find something we can't leave without. Even though it is on the smaller size, the selection covers all genres and ages. Crystel is just the kindest soul - always greeting with a smile and calling us by name. So thankful you are in Safety Harbor!

I love books and reading so going to independent bookstores is always a must. Cute little store with lots of good reads. Great spot for presents for your book lover friends - and of course to grab some new reads for yourself.

Crystel and Portkey Books are the gem of Main Street. If she doesn't have a book in store and can find it for you, she will order it for you. She is so dedicated to the love of books and her events are top notch. The Maasquerade was out of this world (look up photos on socials with #midnightmaasquerade) and I cannot wait for the next event! Though I may be moving a couple of hours away, I will still continue to get books from Crystel and go to the events. Back away from major book stores and show Portkey and Crystel all the love! #shopindie

This bookstore is a gem of a find. And Crystal, the owner, is the reason why. My friend and I walked in asking for a recommendation for our book club. Such a cute and tidy bookstore! The receptionist/owner was indeed extremely nice, entertaining and knowledgeable when it came to books, events and more! Definitely coming back with a friend or two!!!

Portkey is the most amazing little bookstore. This shop is my favorite place to stop by every time I’m in Safety Harbor. There is always a fantastic selection of books and fun book related items. The owner, Crystel, is the absolute best. Every reader should check this place out!

We came down from IL for Gasparilla. I love visiting little local bookstores. I didn't catch the lovely lady's name but I mentioned I'd like something from a local author. She asked my genre preferences and immediately knew what to suggest. I also got some of the interactive stickers. Such a sweet little bookstore. I can't wait to visit again next time we're down here.

Quant bookshop in the heart of downtown Safety Harbor. Little shop packed with awesome reads of adventure, self help, history, and more to take your mind off things. Stop by and pick up a book, find your favorite nook and get immersed in the text and imagination of what an author has brought to life.

The wonderful staff makes this must-visit local bookstore an absolute treasure. The selection is fantastic, they host great events, and you can tell they truly care about local and independent authors. I’m so glad I found this gem of a place. This is a small bookstore, but I was impressed by the quality of the books for sale- just banger after banger. It seems that if there is limited space for books, the owner of this store is ensuring that each book earns it's keep. There is also a great variety of book related items for sale, such as stickers and bookmarks. Lastly, the owner is a joy to talk to about books!
