They saved my day!! My auto service was going to take 3+ hours . I reached out to Ginger at Nationwide and she was there in 20 minutes. She took care of things easily, my car was on its way to the shop. So smooth, so easy.

Very poor service received, over a 4 hour wait and signficantly overcharged a rate of $256 from Tampa to Oldsmar, market price $120. Attempted contact to achieve resolution- no call back. Be sure to get the price upfront with all fees- do not be fooled!

Super responsive and reliable .After being gone for 3 months, we returned to a dead batter in our car. Ginger had the battery charged and car started within an hour of our call.
