“How sad that today's communication between company and customer is reduced to bytes and bits. In March we gave a down payment in the amount of $1500 for an order of hurricane shutters. We heard nothing from the company for 5 months. Were they still in business? Were they legitimate? Did they abscond with our money? These anxieties would have been unnecessary had a company representative contacted us to let us know what was happening. We finally contacted Better Business Bureau in Florida who got immediate response from the company and a promise of date of delivery of the shutters. We were, of course, greatly relieved and we are most appreciative of our West Florida BBB. Kudos, thanks and huzzahs to each of their helpful, responsive, pleasant employees.”
