The Drop 'N Go Laundry Xpress used to be my Go-To laundromat. There was an older woman who came in at dawn every morning and cleaned and swept. The machines were always in good working order. She was always taking in laundry and doing it for those customers. That woman was let go and everything has changed. The last few times I came in the place was filthy; machines were out of service but not marked as such. There is never anyone in the facility - I was approached by two people one morning asking if I could do their laundry because they thought I worked there. I put money in one of the larger machines and clothes and soap and it wouldn't turn on. I reached out to the 3 phone numbers - tried calling - just rang and rang - no voicemail - tried texting the other number - no response. Never got my money back. That was the last time I used the laundromat. I highly recommend passing this facility by.

This place has gone downhill. Many times this place has been a mess. Over the weekend I did 7 loads of laundry here. One washer ruined 7 towels with some sort of grease stains. I washed them twice and still full of stains. The smoke detector has been beeping for 7 weeks now. No one ever there to assist.

Mrs. Hollis is great example on customer service. She was very attentive in provide assistants.

Found this hidden gem and I’m so happy I did! My water heater broke so I had to go to a laundry mat and was nervous because a lot are gross and not very clean. This location is SO clean and ran by the nicest lady named Cadara who is so willing to help or just is great company while you wait for your loads to be done! Highly recommend! I live in Clearwater but will definitely make the drive to this location when I need to! They also have a service where you’re able to drop your laundry and they will do it for you, and you pay by the pound!

If you’re someone who enjoys peace and being the only one at the mat, this is the place for you! I got my laundry done easy with no hassle. Laundry Xpress has the cutest set up and makes you feel comfortable like you’re right at home. Added bonus for “Cold Case Files” playing on t.v. Lol.
