I go to true nails love it have my favorite nail lady hong . I'm very picky she does a great job Always. she was off so I had to use another tech . it was Nina she also did a great job .

I’m not one for complaining or calling anyone out. But the service I received today was terrible. My nails are lumpy, very crooked on several fingers ; not the shape I wanted, and very unevenly painted, and was still charged $100 for them. The person doing my pedicure painted my toes before doing the rest of the service and scrubbed most of the glitter polish off while doing the exfoliation. Will not be returning and warning others. Not speaking for every nail and pedicure tech who works there but I was 2 for 2 today.

Really upsetting when I get one price over the phone and get another in the shop…. everywhere I go this happens so at this point I am going to start saying something. They told me 40 for dip, 45 for acrylic. Then I get in and do acrylic and it’s 55. They said they charged me 5$ to remove the acrylic from my natural nail…. How else is the acrylic supposed to come off? I didn’t have nails on nothing. Could have just filled it in if you were going to charge me. Also,..what’s the extra 5 for, just because? I still give 4 stars because the guy had a great personality and he was quick. Nails were okay. Loved the color,

Came in today for a VIP pedicure and a fullset by Jaileen. I must say I did have a very relaxing time. My nails looks beautiful. The salon is very nice and clean.
Highly recommend Jaileen. She's gentle and knowledgeable and truly believes in providing the best quality service. I'm very happy with everything.

From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed! Kim is fantastic and so is everyone that works there. We were told about the VIP pedicure and I have to say, it was Heaven! We were given a beverage and were able to watch anything we wanted on the TV and were treated like royalty. The chairs gave a full body massage! Think first class on an airplane. Hannah did my manicure and did a fantastic job. Tommy did my pedicure and was very good at massage and my nails look great! Thank you, Kim and staff for a wonderful experience! We will be back!

OMG This is the worst Nail Salon Ever!!! I have gone there one day, and Cindy the owner was in the back room. After fifteen minutes I asked someone to tell her that I was here. Soooo she comes out, did not even say hello to me. She was on an ear piece talking to someone. Well she talked to this person the entire time of my Appointment!!! Over a hour, and fifteen minutes!!!! I was getting a migraine. After she was done I gave her my credit card, and she had the nerve to tell me where to put the tip in for her. I laughed, and said really???? You want a tip after you talked on the phone to someone for the entire time of my Appointment??? I gave her $1.00 . I even thought that was too much!!! Also I was there a week earlier, and had a pedicure. Well I have a fungus on four of my toes. They don't clean the instruments after each client. I still have the fungus, and it won't go away!!! Soooooo if you want her to talk on the phone the entire time of your Appointment, and want a fungus on your toes please see Cindy!!!!!!

Scheduled an appointment 3 days in advance I showed up 15 min beforehand and there was someone sitting with the lady I schedule to see she said she was finishing with her soon "almost done almost done" so I waited she re assured me she was almost done. After 20 minutes then 1hour later I am still waiting they asked if I can wait 5 more minutes well that was 30 minutes ago and i am still waiting I left no nails

Went in to get eyelashes applied. The technician spent a lot of time on her phone during the process. It was my first time. I had questions and she did not have any answers. I went home and my eyes were a mess. Couldn't even keep them open. Felt like I had sand in my eyes. I went back the next day and her supervisor, Kim, removed them for me. She said the technician had placed the lashes too close to my eyeballs, causing the scratching. Kim was great, but my eyes are still a little sore. They did give me a refund, but they need to have better trained people providing such a technical service.

Let me start by saying it's a beautiful salon with good customer service. I've seen the same tech several times and she is very kind. I'vgone to nail salons for years for mani/pedis. I understand an occasional small nick of the cuticle during trimming will happen and I usually leave with one or two. Yesterday I left with three bloody spots on my fingers and a sore toe from the cuticle being pulled all the way down the side of my toe. It really hurt. I took a photo as soon as I got in the car of the most significant injury on my finger. I've kept antibiotic ointment and a bandaid on both and am hoping for no infection. I try to be reasonable but I will not return to this salon. This is unacceptable technique.
