Costumer service should be the essential goal of any business, it is simple costumers bring you business and if you are not a people skill person you shouldn’t be working at a service desk, If you don’t allow service dogs at your store should put up a sign saying so, For your knowledge service dogs are not regular pets. My service dog has to be with me in all occasions because medical reasons..
Will never give you my business neither my family..

I had no clue they had so many options of service avaliable at UPS store. I needed to receive fax, print documents, get documents notarized and fax them off today. They were able to assist me all the way through the process from beginning to end. I would recommend UPS store to anyone. Jaylon was a huge help in getting everything done in time and everyone was kind courteous and helpful.

Worst customer service experience. I took an appointment to do my fingerprinting there. The guy wasnt helpful at all and he was very rude.i was facing problems with the machine, he didnt even help or try. I showed him my ids and he didnt continue the steps required. I am very frustrated from the level of service in such a place

I love this UPS location. They are always fast with their service, have a working Amazon self service kiosk which is very helpful when I can do most of those returns myself and not have to bother the staff. But when I need the staff they are awesome and quick. They are also very friendly which you do not find with the UPS location in Sun City Center.
