Gave me all of my options for mailing my package and showed me that all items were in the box that I purchased. Also, they used the smallest box that my items could fit in. I totally appreciate that!

She was friendly … but talk about highway robbery . eBay sent me a free printing label or QR code and the lady working there try charging me 2$ to print saying QR code won’t work and 3$ to tape my box that she recommended me to open …and etc , point story is there ok but will try to charge you on every single this (left then a foot of piece tape 3$)

OMG, I was in this establishment maybe a month or so ago with my grandson. He was so unruly and into everything, even knocking over the candy dish. I was so embarrassed.The staff was absolutely the BEST with him. I thought they'd surely kick us out, I mean they handled my baby like ppros. With patience and respect to me. Loved it.

I've always had great experiences here. Staff is friendly and they are professional. I have had items shipped, I have purchased supplies, and I have ordered printed material. The store is always clean and their location is very convenient. Thank you for all you do!

At some point you will have to take in account what your customers are saying. The service was so bad it made me look up the reviews while standing there at the counter. I even asked who owns this store.
This lady at the front is rude! Not friendly at all. No one is in the store when I arrive. She takes her time coming from the back. I am asking questions, she is abrupt, frowning and unhappy. The more questions I asked the worse she gets. Never again will I come here! RUDE!
You are better off taking a drive to a real shipping store. You will always get a how may I help you. As I decided to no longer ship with them, she proceeded to want to argue as I left the store. I am good. No Thanks. I will continue on to my nice Monday morning. Taking my money elsewhere. BEWARE!
Then you send me a private message and your behavior is worse than your, "Manager." I guess now I see why she was so comfortable acting the way she did. Or maybe you are both the same person. I do not know. Nor do I care. On with my day. My choice to not patronize your business.
Was going to be charged $60. Went to Fedex and paid $16, for next day and signature. Smh! Highway robbery!
You may think she can bully me. But you may want to think otherwise. I do not care who you work for or used to work for!

They say it cost $1 to print something. But it actually costs you $3 if you pay using a debit card. They have a $3 minimum to use a debit card. Instead of paying the card merchant service fee, they make their customers pay the fee. Scammy vibes.
