“I never had any problems storing my open 5 x 10 utility trailer there . I have always cable Locked ? my trailer to a big tree before storing it here . I came back a week later and it never moved . My fears disappeared but not my trailer and only when I use it. I lost my trailer key's one day there and they drove me in their golf cart looking for them on the road and found them. You could say they took me for a ride . Their always friendly and helpful . I guess they know what their doing. I would pick them again first if I needed a place to store something . Only minor gripe I have about them is their sign . Should be best place storage not dollar a day. Better difference I think ?. Thank you so much .”
“Omg, I never even saw anyone other then the maintenance man. Checked in at the kiosk after making a reservation. Out comes a lock, mind you this was all done after hours. Checked out on Saturday and gave them a call. Confirmation email with zero balance. There was not a single problem. Great experience ???”
“I had to really take the time to sit down and think of all the things I wanted to say about this storage facility. This is my second time storing here and both times have been nothing but compassionate as a staff. I really adore Ms. Alice, she is a burst of sunshine and is mad funny. She has very good inspiring, lifting and positive things to say and assured me my storage space is safe. Ms. Harley is such a joy and has a lot of empathy and understanding on not only a business capacity but also as a human being level. I needed a truck and they made sure that I was aware that they have a truck to loan for 24 hours. Man, that surely made my day and saved me uhaul truck fees. The things I had to move would be done within that time period. They are truly a blessing and I cherish them both truly! I definitely will send people this way for any of their storage needs.
