Can I give negative stars?? Geeezzzz what an unprofessional business!!! I would NEVER EVER buy from them online EVER again!! I ordered dog food because I have dogs with allergies so this particular dog food is the only one that they can eat. My local store was out and I was desperate so I ordered 2 bags from this place. 6 days later I STILL haven't received the food so I check my account and THEY NEVER SHIPPED THEM!!! They CANCELED my order BUT NEVER TOLD ME!! So now I have 2 days worth of food and I am scrambling to find their food. SERIOUSLY DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

They are pretty friendly. As long as you have your receipt and have 70% of the product, they give you no problem either exchanging or giving you credit

This place literally never has crickets in stock for more than a few hours. They go against store policy by setting crickets aside for specific customers. If you can’t get there in the early afternoon on a Tuesday, you’ll have to purchase feeder crickets elsewhere.Why don’t they purchase enough crickets to meet demand? As the only pet store in the immediate area, it was absolutely maddening attempting to buy feeder crickets from this place when I lived in the area. Fortunately, I have since moved. I will never spend a dime at any PetSmart again. I’m now a loyal Petco customer!

As this is the closest (by far) pet store to my home, I’ve visited quite a few times. I have always had an enjoyable experience, until the other day. The store manager appears to be their rudest employee.I recently rescued a dog, who previously lived outside & is infested with fleas.I visited seeking flea shampoo & a flea comb. I found the flea shampoo, without issue, but couldn’t find the flea comb.I went toward the register where there were 2 employees, the girl was engaged with another customer, the male, store manager, was not.I politely asked where to find the flea combs. He responded “behind the shampoo,” I said could you repeat that. He now, annoyed replied “behind the shampoo.”I thought that description was odd, however, proceeded back to the aisle I was just in, no flea combs. I then went down each aisle, until I got the the 3rd aisle down, where the flea combs were actually “next to” the regular shampoos.I was a little taken back at his obvious annoyance that I actually had to ask for help finding something to purchase, in his store.As an understanding person, I can toss it up to maybe a bad day.When I proceeded to the register, I said, “by the way, the flea combs are 3 aisles from the flea shampoo.” He replied, now quite annoyed, “I told you it was behind the shampoo”I said, no it’s actually next to the regular shampoo & again, 3 aisles from the flea shampoo I am also purchasing. I surely hope you nicer to your employees than you are to customers. His reply, “oh you’re a real peach.”That so-called man, is juvenile & flat out ignorant. Given my experiences with the other kind and helpful employees at that same store, I would recommend the district manager train one of them to replace him.It’s time for a succession plan to be put in place. It doesn’t take much effort to be polite, as someone who works in HR I pride myself on how I treat people in customer service roles, I know many are tired from lack of staff support, but that’s no excuse to be so obnoxiously ignorant.

Recently they treated some of my people quite rudely in store, another couple friends made calls to them to ask some questions and they were treated rudely over the phone so I wouldn't know I don't go there I called there myself a couple times the other day for a couple days in a row but I never was able to get anybody.

Pet stores like this are just disheartening to come across. The fish tanks here are littered with dead fish causing living fish to get sick while employees just stand around bsing at the front of the store. All the peacock gudgeons have swollen abdomens, and not because they're pregnant females, because of the terrible water conditions. ?

I went here because it's the closest to my house but unfortunately I will not return. I arrived right after the store opened and they were too busy restocking to even say hello or be helpful. I wondered around the store for probably 10 minutes looking for what I needed and no one ever acknowledged my presence. The person that checked me out was in a rush to get back to what he was doing and while he asked if I found everything when I said I had a flea problem and was looking for help and products he did not respond. He only wanted my phone number, email and payment info. Very poor customer service! I will not return.
