The people that work here never knows how to handle any situation I ever have they barely speak English well and don’t know what they’re doing I had to go to this store 3 different and the issue still wasn’t fixed please please please train these people you’re hiring the correct way so they’ll handle situations accordingly because this is ridiculous that they only know one thing and that’s too sell me a phone very very bad BUSINESS here I’ll never go to this location again !!!

Under new management, everything has been improve, they’re very profesional, helpful and provide great customer service; also great deals and knowledgeable staff, affordable promotions and they don’t try to rip you off like other Metros do.

Poor customer service if you are white (Caucasian) or black. They prefer Spanish speaking customers as does the grocery store next door. They totally ignore you, take people that are in line behind you and on and on. Need businesses in the area that embrace diversity.

My 18 y/o son was being stationed in Europe so they told me to get international global. My son arrived and had no service. I called them and they said it doesn't work in the U.K. Well, fine time to tell me once he got there with no service. So then they said they would unlock his phone. Well that never happened. They said that would take days after I called 3 xs in 4 days. Well,I'm going visit my son in a few months. Now I know ow to get rid of this service bc my phone won't work there. You get what you pay for.

Good when there are phone offers even if you have to pay for the monthly fees because of the Internet But it's normal otherwise you can't access social networks
