I cannot begin to tell you how amazing this shop and owner is. My husband made a mistake the first time we came in and I had to call to see if we could fix the style of color. The manager was so unbelievable kind and helped us with a plan. She even offered to redo for free but we wanted to pay due to our miscommunication. She and our stylist got us in right away and made my daughters dream style come to life. This color is everything. I'm so beyond thankful

As the first time customer the greeting was very questionable. No “hello welcome, have a seat somebody will be with you”. I had to go look for staff to find out what to do.. my appointment was set at 10 o’clock. I didn’t get a call back until 1015 OK 15 minutes might be much but if you say be there at 10 o’clock I expect to be service at 10 o’clock. I’m shouldn’t be sitting and waiting without an explanation. My stylist didn’t speak English too well so there was a language barrier. No one tried to assist her when it comes to explaining what I’m wanting and how I want my hair done thank God she still got the idea. Stylist did a great job when it comes to blow my hair out, but when she died my hair, it left a black line on forehead. For a first time customer, I felt like a guinea pig I was just giving to whoever I don’t know if I’ll come back. I really wanted to get this place a chance due to the many failures around me when it comes to hairstylist. I guess I have to find my way into Tampa to find the perfect stylist for me.

WARNING: DO NOT COME HERE WITH MEN’S HAIR!!!
I asked for layers and got left with the top part of my hair short and the bottom length long. I had chin length hair, and was left with a mullet in the back and elvis presley hair on the top somehow. I feel bad writing a negative review, but they really messed me up. I showed pictures of what i wanted and she said she could do it, but clearly she couldn’t.

If you live in Ruski n visit this salon. I ma de a last minute appointment for cut and they fit me in for color. Salon was beautiful house convert that was completely relaxing massage room boutique and amazing employees. Young girl who fit me in was great, color was amazing . Only problem is I forgot to get my eyebrow done ?. I rarely make reviews but this place is great.
