Its clean but not $299 clean. I went with this company because they are local to my area and I like the idea of supporting a local business. But I probably wont use them again. When I initially called, told them my car age (9 years) and that I had wanted to deep clean of both the inside and outside. I then followed up with text pictures to show the condition of the seats. Vanessa (the co-owner) then said that she would check with Joe (her husband and the person who actually does the cleaning) - she came back and said that the condition was actually better than I described it and that the $189 service would get me the cleaning I wanted for the seats and $25 extra would clean the headliner. Upon arrival, Joe then proceeded to tell me that for $189 it would not give me leather conditioning that I needed for my seats. I explained and showed him the text exchange and he said that in the text it does not say "leather conditioning" and that the $189 is for just a general cleaning and that I needed the $299 and he was adding "thousands" of dollars of value to my car. I think he did a good job and was very detailed but not $299 clean. Also one of the cleaners he used was too harsh and the rubber/plastic knobs on my center console is now tacky.

New cars! Responsive, even on the weekends, punctual, fast, thorough, detail-oriented, friendly, accommodating and professional. My car and SUV are spotless and shiny and look and smell like new! We will be using them at least once per year now.

This is two reviews into one. The first time (four months ago) I needed some scratch marks buffed out on the front of my hood. They did the best job they could but still they had left marks on the hood. They said, "We did the best we could." Three days ago, I went early in the morning when they first opened up at 0830. It looked like they had a whole new crew as from my first visit. This day, I went in for a wash and hand wax. When they were finished, I looked from a distance and it appeared as if they did an excellent job. Unfortunately, when I got home and inside the garage, it was obvious they hadn't removed all the splattered bugs off the hood and top of the car. In-fact they had waxed over all of those areas. For me, this is a BIG NO NO. Under different lighting, I could see the splattered bugs and when I ran my hand across the hood and top of the car I could feel the ruffness of those splattered bugs. I immediately went about working to get all those areas clean. I then had to re-wax those areas again. Earlier that day, I had scheduled another vehicle for a wash and hand wax for the next day. You guessed it, I cancelled it!!! I won't be returning any Time soon.

Oh. My. God. You guys...this place is AMAZING. Joe and his team did a PHENOMENAL job. My car was a hot mess when I brought it in, I had left something from Dunkin' Donuts in the car by accident before I went on vacation. You can imagine what it smelt like when I got home. I haven't had my car professionally detailed in A WHILE. So my car was baseline messy and then smelt on top of it. My car took a while to be ready, but they were busy, and it legit looked like a brand new car when they were done with it, smelt FRESH, WELL WORTH THE WAIT. I got the "platinum works" (super pricey) BUT soooo worth it. That's like honestly a twice a year type cleaning or even annually honestly. They have so many other packages that are less expensive that you can do on a regular basis and they do a great job. This place is like a little hole in the wall gold mine! I'm the hard to please type when it comes to a service like car detailing. And I have never had a better car detail IN MY LIFE!! Another review said this place will ruin you, it's true. I can't go anywhere else ! Love love love it, will be back! Thank you joe and company!!
