Cricket Service is a JOKE???YALL COULD DO BETTER. I mean I get the manager says he ain't a racist.
Yo I thought my apology was accepted wen just the other day I came in an apology for my behavior on another occasion. So me an my dog Jellybean thought all was good ...Wen all of a sudden he gets all out and rambunctious and starts talking crazy and being real mean and kicked me and my dog out WOW!!!
ITS gotta be Drugs?♀️??????????????

Me and my boyfriend went and paid our phone bill, which was $164. When we got home, our bill still wasn't paid, so we called to find out why. The employee on the phone told us the payment was never received, even though we were in there about an hour ago and paid cash, in person. We asked to speak to the manager, and the employee on the phone claimed she was the manager and that she could do nothing about it. The employee stole our money and they are saying nothing can be done about it and won't let us speak to the owner, no matter how many times we go up there or contact them.

With all of the phone options out there, I have been a Cricket enthusiast for several years now. While their pricing and service is incredible (and I am a Realtor!), their customer service is exceptional. Their location is really nothing but a 'hole in the wall', small and can be easily overlooked, but I am thrilled that they are there. Mayra was knowledgeable, gracious and an expert with solving my dilemma. Thank you Mayra, I am a loyal customer because of you!
