I took my vehicle here and ended fixing two things that didn't solve the issue. Each time I would get the car back and the same issue would persist. Basically meaning they would replace something without seeing if this solved the problem. After wasting a couple hundred dollars, I finally after doing some research found what the issue may be. I then passed on a fat I found and turns out this fixed the issue. So everything was fine until a few weeks later I check under my hood for an unrelated situation and see my air intake is loose and won’t align with the frame of my car no matter what I do. So I took it back here to have them fix whatever issue caused this. I would have respected if they just said we don’t know how to fix the issue. But instead they screwed the air intake cover to the air intake so that it would stay in place. So now I have permanent damage to a component making it harder to trade in the car. Also everything something needs to be fixed that involves taking off the air intake cover it will have to be unscrewed. I’ll just have to spend more money to get this replaced and fixed to make the car suitable to sell. I’m not saying don’t go here, this was only my experience.

I took my car there because car was running hot. I was told it was the radiator so I paid 611.93 only to still have the same problem. Missed 3 days of work only to still have to take my car to the dealership. Now I'm going to be out of more money! Not pleased at all!

Took car there for A/c repair they stated they accepted Debit cards then office employee called and stated compressor is bad after I took a compressor there then someone possibly owner in background stating car is ready ac has a blockage but I need to pay 220 cash only cash wow , went up there paid the cash owner insisted compressor is good blockage somewhere not taking Freon , took it to another mechanic he informed compressor they put in is bad although the prior shop stated it was good there was also no blockage in ac lines or system I paid 220 note in cash for nothing he wanted cash because he knew he did not do correct prognosis on vehicle and I would be able to dispute payment if payment made by card . Car runs awesome now a/c working perfectly after new mechanic put in ac compressor . Please be careful with this shop not recommended they will ask for cash only once job is done then you will have no recourse to their shabby or non existent work .You have been warned

Fantastic local shop!! Most of our family comes here and recommend Chip’s when we moved to FL. They have done all my oil changes since.
They were able to get me a new tire and back on the road in 30 minutes most recently and I could not be more thankful!!!!

I had work done at Chips automotive today and was very happy with the work. He is very experienced and knowledgeable . It’s rare to find someone that will treat their customers fairly and honestly. He really wants to help people and he will NOT cheat customers in anyway. I will continue to refer people to him and He will be my mechanic for all my repairs. Awesome place

I can't say enough amazing things about chip. My car was stalling out, then wouldn't start. He recharged my battery and replaced the starter with the one I got from Napa for all under $100. He gave me a diagnosis of an engine replacement but also helped me get info on a class action lawsuit in 2017 with Kia. I took it to Kia, and sure enough, I needed a new engine. Chips honesty was greatful appreciated. He wasn't trying to haggle me, and texting with him and his daughter was very convenient when I needed to ask something. He's my new mechanic! Had been searching for years and so happy I found him fianlly... Exceptional service and experience. Thank you, Chip!
