We found exactly what we were looking for, staff was friendly and helpful. Financing options were very attractive, and we were able to add the 3-year additional warranty. We are very happy with our purchase.

Wanted to first see any clearance furniture. Salesman said ok and would check back w me in a few minutes. Only a few pcs in clearance room; so, I proceeded to walk around the showroom for about another 6 minutes, he ( nor anyone else) ever returned, so i left the store. Entire store was empty; but, that was still no reason to treat any customer this way!! Good that there r other furniture stores!! Shame on Badcock and any sales person to ignore a walk-in or established customer! Mc Sat. 1-27-2025, 2:00 pm

Let me start off this review by saying, this is one of cleanest Badcock stores I have been to. The staff is super friendly, but one staff member in particular helped me out. Sterling is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend going in and asking for him!

My boyfriend got a sofa and recliner chair from this furniture spot. The salespeople were super personable and gave him a big delivery discount, and they brought the items in and set them up themselves. The furniture selection was also better than others in the area for better prices. Highly recommend!
