Luis aka Store Mgr., went out of his way to find items that had another NEW number (that I could not find old number any where, as I would not have even known where to start or think the new number would work out! When I got home, it worked perfectly!!! He was patient and determined to help!!! Thank you Luis?

I’m really disappointed on how I was treated when I came into this location. I came in with a smile looking for an adapter for my tow Dolly and had the necessary details for finding what I needed. The man with the grey top who chose not to wear a nickname cut me off when I tried explaining the part I needed. I tried again and he walked away while I was talking. Lo and behold he gave me the wrong part and I had to come back and return it. Not a single greeting throughout the purchasing or return process. It wasn’t even busy today.

Wayne is the man! Had a battery in my ram leaking and getting ready to be a real problem so I pulled off and Wayne G. Was the man with the plan. He helped install and gave me a ton of pointers and information I didn’t know. Humble down to earth guy and excellent customer service! I’d recommend to anyone in the area for sure.

Sophia checked my van with an electric device and printed out what needs to be repaired and she helped fill my radiator with coolant.Also there was a very nice young man(sorry I don't remember his name) who explained the printout too...I believe he is going to school to be a mechanic. I really appreciate them both for their professionalism and kindness.

If I could give a half a star I would. I have personally watched an employee do a refund or exchange with a person even if they have lost their receipt on two occasions, I have been denied and exchange or refund but I’m sure by now at my age, I should know that certain people will always be treated differently.

I had an overall good experience here everyone was super helpful! Only complaint i have was the worker Wayne’s hygiene it wasn’t the best he could work better on keeping it up.

I was there yesterday, and Robert was extremely rude and very pushy. I was trying to explain what was going on with my car and he blatantly ignored my request and said he couldn’t help me.

Dennis W (The Wolf) did a great job the wolf taking care of my tail light which I thought was going to cost me $80 to fix it was $8 and he did it for free and can't beat that. Definitely head over to AutoZone when you got small problems.

I would have gave them no stars. The manager Robert was rude unwilling to help only wanted to sell me a lightbulb when I said I had no way to put it in. Robert still sold me the lightbulb and then I said if you’re gonna sell me the lightbulb don’t I need the bulb grease and he goes yeah you will need that. I felt like they was argumentative combative and disrespectful. I asked to have help putting a bulb in and I heard every Auto Zone Policy. The young girl was eager to direct to no a district manager’s number rather than assist me. The who time I was in there I was talking to my local Auto Zone and he gave me more assistance then both of them snd he a manager in a different store.

Liz at the commercial side is beyond amazing, not only has great product knowledge but also quite knowledgeable with vehicles. She is a great asset to the Ruskin location when she fills in there.

My friend and I went to AutoZone on Thursday after we found out that we had a dead battery in our boat ?. They are extremely friendly and helpful. They gladly tested the old battery and helped us to find a suitable replacement. They had the lithium ion deep cycle battery that we needed. Boy batteries are expensive now!! ?

Just left there. Employee sitting on the counter on the phone. No rush to help me with a simple window wiper. She then told me what isle that they were in and to get it myself. I left. Went to advance auto across the street. Was in and out in 10 minutes. And they replaced my wiper for me.

Bought a Duralast Gold battery a little over 2 years ago and 1.8 years went by and it died. They replaced it with the 3 year warranty. The replacement died about 8-10 months later and they refused to replace it when they said it wasnt under warranty for a weird reason when I'm in their computer system by number.Advanced Auto Parts across the street and they told me they had sold me the wrong battery from the start and they sold me the correct sealed Gel battery. Don't use Autozone!
