Mark is amazing both personally and professionally. He’s like that wise uncle who’s full of knowledge and truly a master of his craft. I asked him to install a Valvetronic system on my 5.0 a completely random project and he knocked it out flawlessly. He had to custom-fit the valence, tips, elbows, welds, and hang the new system, all at a very fair price. 10/10 experience all around. I’ll definitely be back and will be recommending him to everyone.

We had brake work completed. Using the "Early Bird" box I was able to drop my car off in the morning before work and had it back just after lunch. I had brakes, rotors and a sway bar replacement. “While driving on 275, on our way to our son’s graduation in Miami, our minivan started flashing “check system” — not something you ever want to see on a long roadtrip.
Somehow, the stars aligned for us. The flashing light happened right before the exit — and when we pulled off the highway, the first shop we found was Proctor’s.
Long story short, the kind folks at Proctors were able to, in less than five minutes, diagnose our issue and give me an amazingly fair price to have our alternator replaced.
Beyond that, knowing we had a graduation to attend that same day, they jumped into action and told us they’d have us back in the road in two hours.
The phrase “the kindness of strangers” is so undervalued. The folks at Proctors made what could have been a horrendous experience into something manageable. They did so with kindness and care. Their price was more than fair — far less than I had anticipated. The speed in which they acted to get the car fixed so we could make graduation — I just have no words.
I cannot more highly recommend this shop. I’m so very grateful for their service.”
“I was looking for a part for my RV vent and called them. They returned my call and told me that they no longer had a parts department. And told me who to call to get my parts. I appreciated the call back and if I need a repair I would call them in the future. I gave them 5 stars because they were very nice and called me back when other places didn’t.”

“Pablo and Brad repaired my 2017 Pacifica van after I hit something in the road that fell of a truck. Replaced the trans cooling unit plus some body work. They also repaired my 2013 Hyundi Sonata. Stopped shifting gears and had it toaded to their shop on HWY 41. Fixed it fairly quickly. Not cheap but reasonable and quick. Very professional.”
