“We were driving an rv from Florida to Minnesota when at Ruskin we pulled over as we were having voltage problems. We call several places b4 calling Napa. We asked if they could bring us 2 batteries and tools. They came to our rescue and we were so grateful. The guy waited patently, it was hot, while we used their tools to change batteries.
