If I could give this store a 0 I would.My experience a couple days ago was horrible.I came into this store at 7:05pm and bought an iphone 15 for myself, I was giving my existing phone to my teen daughter.The 2 young guys working were incapable of helping us get EITHER phone working and transfer data.It was the most ridiculous experience EVER.They were in such a hurry to leave at 8 pm they did not CARE AT ALL.I use my phone for 2 businesses that I run. I left that store with a “go to apple” they will help you, while they opened the door to usher us out.The next day I went to the REAL XFINITY STORE on St Rd 7. They had both phones up and running in no time.Do not GO TO THIS “FRANCHISE” STOREThey clearly do not care about customer service.I work with the public and would NEVER treat a customer the way they did me.Live and Learn.GO TO WELLINGTON XFINITY STORE!

Worst company I have ever dealt with. There’s a real problem when there NO WAY to contact a person IN THIS COUNTRY who can tell the truth and help you out. They should be shut down. After reading other terrible reviews I agree with everyone!

Impossible to reach or obtain a direct line to a Florida store; I am limited to India, the Philippines, or a "Non USA" contracted entity which absolutely is absurd & horrible customer service, shame on you!!!!!

Very rude and not truthful. They say the don’t have any records of sales after the fact. Ask to speak with a manager and it’s a very young kid with no people skills. Stay away from this store.

Horrible company horrible customer service and terrible people and after you close and pay your account they keep charging you and send “open” accounts into collections even tho you paid and closed it. Att has better services and prices

I just came to the store at 11:30am on a Tuesday. Completely empty with only three employees, as soon as I walked in, one of the employees came up to see what I needed. In and out within 10 minutes to drop off my equipment and answered my questions about my download speeds and my new monthly bill. Im not sure how the store is in the afternoon when it could be a lot busier but it was refreshing to come to an empty store!

Great asset to the Royal Palm area. They have a very efficient and friendly team. They are not corporate but they are miles ahead of the corporate stores in terms of customer service. I bought 6 mobiles lines and I can’t express enough now happy I am with the low prices and the service of the mobile service.

Amazing team and all very helpful. great savings check them out. they are knowledgeable and very efficient. they are the most helpful xfinity I’ve been to. I highly recommend going there. I signed up for mobile and got a great deal! 2 guys who helped me are Jay and Moussa

Great staff and manager. I had a problem and the manager and his associate got involved and fixed the problem for me. The store is very clean and the service is amazing. Mobile service is great. I've been using it for over 3 weeks and I love the savings the quality of the service.

Went to the Xfinity shop on Southern Blvd. in Royal Palm Beach the other day. First, all the people there are very helpful and know what they are doing. We had a particularly interesting issue and dealt with Jay, the Asst. Manager. He was nothing short of exceptional! While I can't say this for the Xfinity customer support people we spoke to online, Jay knew and understood the issues involved, the math for pricing involved and every aspect of what was needed. This guy knows what he's doing and works to help the customer more than I've ever seen anyone! He is the reason we are still an Xfinity customer (not the online support staff - they almost all our business - TV/Internet/House phone/Cell phones away after being with them since 2003 and through the changes of Adelphia/Comcast/Xfinity)!!!

Chris was kind, polite, friendly, skilled and helpful in performing his problem solving magic, in securing a new modem for our home Xfinity service. Great store with great workers. Went in to get get 4 lines added on a new contract. Jay who worked with us was professional, knowledgeable, and awesome all the way. Needed assistance days later and Jay did not hesitate to get back with me and assist me thru getting the phone activated. Would recommend 10/10. ?
