Today we went in with an iPhone issue. The guy with no name tag helped us. He said he would transfer her info but it wasn't completed. He then used a coupon that in my app said it was good for transaction but he only used on 1 item. Then we didn't get a receipt for the assessories. I would recommend the other stores if we get this treatment.

Sean was fast and polite with his service this morning. I wasn’t in the store for more than 5-7 minutes and was in and out. Great service must be recognized and appreciated.

I need to write my absolutely experience with Xfinity Mobile. I got a new iPhones and new iwatch. NIce you might say but again the problem is the network XFINITY Mobile. My calls go to voice mail,I called I was told to reset the phone. As painful as it was I did and it worked fine. However I lost the cellular connection to my watch. This M I called Xfinity. I was an hour on the line until the guy who worked very hard to screw up my phone he passed to someone else. I was told it takes 24-48 hours for some changes take effect and have the cellular. that is OK but afte I hang up my calls again go to voice mail. THIS ISTERRIBLE SERVICE.

What a horrific establishment. I’ve never been so disrespected or repulsed by the treatment I received at this store. The three gentleman working on September 27th 2024 did nothing to help me. I was ridiculed for asking questions and completely ignored when they realized I wasn't going to be a commission check. They ganged up on me, as a woman I was extremely intimidated and felt like I was a moron for not understanding why I’m paying for 3 extra phone lines. They were completely sexist and I’m horrified that I’ve been a customer of xfinity customer for over 20 years, if this is how they allow their employees to treat people I can’t imagine I will be a customer much longer. On top of that all of their name tags were flipped over so I was not able to get any names from these poorly trained employees .

Have a Xfinity Phone, paid for it in full. Visited Xfinity store on 11021 Southern Blvd Royal Palm Beach, Florida last week to get my phone unlocked. I was told that it can't be done because the service had been canceled and refused to do it .I had to re-activate my phone to get it unlocked. According to the FCC regulation its a false statement. It will be reported. Traying to get it resolved over the phone, first I get India, than the Philippines, and the last one was Alexandria in Egypt without prevail. That's what happen when there is Comcast monopoly controlling the market. Outsourcing the work to foreign workers, paying them next to nothing, and raising the prices in the USA and calling it Inflation.

Spent 4 hours on the phone on multiple calls and in the car trying the solve my poor internet connectivity and TV service. Ultimately I was told to go to the Southern Blvd Xfinity location to pick up a new modem & TV box. The new modem performed at roughly half the speed of the old. The guy gave me the wrong TV box. More calls to Xfinity. They told me to go back to the store & they instructed the guy to stay a little late for me. Raced over to find the doors locked. I wish there was a zero star option and a way to determine who the real pinhead is. Right now, it feels like me for dealing with this company.

Went in because my bill has been doubled for months because they are charging my single phone for 2 lines, id rather chew my own arms off than talk to their customer service over the phone in india, went into this location and was told immediately they could do nothing and i had to call their hotline. Drove 35 mins to jupiter location and they helped me immediately. This location clearly just didnt care and it wasnt their problem

Exceptional customer service! My HOA signed a new agreement with Xfinity. Our service was on and off previously. I explained what was going on and the gentlemen helping me immediately swapped out all our equipment. He told me to bring all my old equipment back, which I did. I was in the store today and yesterday. The guy today was terrific too! These guys get you in and out of the store and the stuff works! Thank you for making our life easier!

I switched from Metro to Xfinity Mobile and Xfinity is horrible!Everything they tell you is a lie.The phone service is horrible!I either can't make a call or have dropped call's constantly. Have gone days with no service at all.Voice mails show up 8 hours after they are left for you.They have been billing me for months on another family members phone that they are unable to activate.Customer service tells you they will fix the problems and they do absolutely nothing. I have wasted countless hours trying to fix these problems with nothing but empty promises to show for it!Don't make the same mistake I made!Stay away from Xfinity Mobile or you will be very sorry like me!
