This office customer service is terrible first they scream at people second they don't like to work they get upset when you bring alot of packages. LINETTE the red head lady has a bad attitude like I told her if she doesn't like her job she is in the wrong place. This is not the first time they get upset because I have alot of packages. My business is Tik Tok and USPS should be glad we are giving them business instead of complaining. It simple if you don't like your job you should stay home. Learn some customer service manners. USPS should send their employees to Angry Management.

DO NOT DROP YOUR PACKAGES OFF HERE! The employees steal them when they are dropped off and purposely dont scan them so they can say they have never been dropped off there. This place needs to be shut down!

Had an appointment to get my passport and initially things went kind of bad fast. The lady that came over told us our appointment was canceled because their camera was broken. We started complaining we have had this appointment for at least a month and no notice or any type of communication was given. During our exchange another woman came over from behind the counter and had a much better attitude and actually provided help. Explained that all we had to do was go down the street and get out photo taken at a local CVS. Come back 30 minutes later with the photos and got our applications processed super fast by the same friendly woman. It's sad because most of the staff that works here is super friendly and wants to help and that is ruined by a few nasty individuals.

If I could give no star, I would. The place is unreliable. I had an appointment that was scheduled and canceled . I was told to walk-in on Tuesday- Thursday between the hrs of 8-9 am. I don’t remembered her name; the female black manager was not helpful and rude. Don’t waste your time going there and expect great customer service, terrible, terrible service.

HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!!! The lady at the counter doesn't want to help anyone, don't ask her for help, she will turn you away.She sets her own rules at this post office.

Disorganized, slow, rude and incompetent. Missed my delivery, left a note that the package would be available to pickup at the store, waited mote then 30 minutes for this small man wearing a red jacket to tell me they can’t find the package and that the supervisor will give me a call “whenever he can”. They should shut down the whole postal service, it’s a joke

No communication can’t get package out of box. Two days in a row promised to have package that is stuck in box. Drove to post, office gentleman was nice got his supervisor and he was aware of situation but impossible to get ahold of anyone on phone. No urgency to assist with this issue.

I am an eBay seller that ships out around 1k-2k packages a month. This post office is terrible and losses so many packages, worst part is is they never even scan it at least once before loosing it, so I can't file for insurance because it looks like the post office never had possession of the item.

Had product and label just needed packaging. Lady just multiple times yelled at me about how I needed to pay for tape... I told her I needed my product to be packaged. I was fully aware I would have to pay for packaging as I did not have any. She was so rude with her hand up and walking backwards. I still don't understand the reason why yelling at me about tape. Any other place usp fedex etc would give you options and explain package prices and package it for you ring you up and mail your item without yelling at you
