We waited for AAA for 4 hours and no one showed. Called Tows r Us and he came in 10 minutes! Even diagnosed the problem for us. Highly recommend.

5 Stars!! Highly recommend Tows Are Us! So professional, responsive, reasonably priced and also very kind! After waiting 5 hours for AAA to send a truck to our location on the FL Turnpike (which they never did), we contacted Tows Are Us and within minutes they had arranged for a truck to help us. Put this company's contact information in your phone right now -- they will be there when you need them.

Had to use it due to an accident. Was dispatch by sheriff's office so no choice, and all of their rates are quite high. Would not recommend them for a standard tow.

BEWARE: Extremely aggressive and dangerous driver!! This is the SECOND time I have seen this tow truck aggressively driving on Southern Boulevard. Driver tailgates, speeds, and intimidates on the road. I would not advise doing business with this company. Go look at their one star reviews, someone else can testify to their reckless driving.

Absolutely the best towing co that I’ve ever dealt with. My 87 year old father’s car broke down yesterday, so he called AAA since he’s been a member for over 30 years. AAA gave him the runaround for over 8 hours (& an additional 3 hours today). Worst experience ever! I googled towing companies, called Tows R Us and spoke with Trevis. What a godsend! Trevis was so professional, kind and patient with me and my dad! His son Skyler showed up quickly and was so helpful and considerate with my dad! So grateful for both Trevis and Skyler for turning the AAA nightmare into a professional and painless experience! Would absolutely recommend Tows R Us to everyone! Thanks again for all of your help! I was stranded on the smaller shoulder side of the turnpike late at night evacuating a storm and Jay came out quickly and helped me and allowed my dog to ride with me. Really nice guy.

Car was completely dead and I got a notice saying that it would be towed same day. I called Tows Are Us and got a very affordable quote. Jay contacted me back within 5 minutes and was by my side within 15 minutes hooking my car up to be moved. Jay really made a very stressful situation a lot easier and doable. Travis the owner is a standup guy, took care of a 15 mile tow for almost 1/2 the price Sister's Towing was gonna charge me. My driver was also amazing, he did the tow while I was in another state, left the keys where I asked him to and took a picture of where he left the car, before he left

Hands down best tow experience I’ve ever had. Had a flat tire on the side of the highway. My texts/phone call were answered immediately and Jay got to me in lightening speed! AAA could never. Got my flat at 9:45 and he was to me before 10:20!!! Felt safe in the car and luckily I live right by the tire place but even hooked me up with a ride home. I don’t hope for more bad car luck but if I do have it, I’ll definitely call again

From the initial phone call to the drop off this is a class act company. Was onsite within 15 minutes if my call. Towed car to requested location. I rode in the truck which was clean. Everyone was extremely courteous, professional and friendly. Took a not so great situation for me and made it all ok. MY TRUCK BROKE DOWN ON ME WHILE RUNNING ERRANDS AND I CALLED TOWS ARE US AND THEY SENT JAY AND HE WAS THERE IN 15 MINUTES AFTER BEING DOWN THE STREET. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY NICE.
