Worse service ever , ever since T-Mobile merged with everyone I haven't had service in months anywhere I go and there Wi-Fi is horrible it rains 2 drops and it's out for a day .

Great Experience because Moe Matar was so great to work with!! He is very patient, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to go over and above helping us transfer our previous service, helped with credits and rebates and ALL our questions! Thanks for all your help Moe!! ???

Terrible customer service, I bought a phone through them and was told it would shipped to the house, they sent the wrong phone and now refuse to help with a return or an exchange. Instead of trying to help find a resolution, they were gaslighting me, trying to make it seem like it was my fault. Wasted 5 days because of their incompetence.Tldr; rude and incompetent staff.

Most helpful staff ever! We had a couple of issues with our accounts (mostly self inflicted with a SIM Card mixup). Shortly before closing time they helped me to resolve everything in no time. Thank you for amazing service!

STEPHANIE is an outstanding representative for T-mobile; she does everything she can to truly help you find the best deal possible. My phone and customer service is significantly better than it was with Verizon and Xfinity. I highly recommend this location and especially Stephanie!!!

I am in the middle of a horror story with Sprint/TMobile and it began by buying my phone at this store. The $600 phone is not 3 months old and the manufacturer has deemed it should be replaced under warranty. I called Sprint last night and they instructed me to go to the store for warranty replacement. The clerks in the store would not adhere to replacement. I had a case number from Customer Service and the store would not agree to factory replacement. Instead, they wanted me to deliver my new phone to a repair center for possible refurbished replacement. No protection or security for my private data, passwords, and pictures. This store and Sprint/T-Mobile could care less. Horrible experience. You are on your own with this store. I wanted to demonstrate the problem with the phone, but both clerks said no and were not interested.
