i am not a fan of going out for ice cream nor am I a big fan of ice cream, however when my family came across this place, this has become our new favorite spot. The customer service is unmatched and they are so attentive! They will fill the cup to the brim with ice cream and toppings! The flavor combinations are endless and it’s fun to play around with them. I would 100% recommend this to everyone, it’s for all ages! Dare i say, their soft serve is better than mcdonald’s!

This place is amazing. The staff is so kind and helpful and don't rush you to order, the price is very reasonable as well, and they were so kind to our son. Having run an ice cream shop myself for years I would be proud to have this staff of workers working for me. The ice cream is delicious as is the experience. We will be back for sure, thank you for a wonderful end to our week!

This place was awesome, the girl that worked there was very kinda and patient while I carefully selected my flavor. The ice cream was creamy and they have a wide selection to choose from. Definitely recommend.

Very disappointed with Royal Palm Ice Cream today! We went in for ice cream tonight like we have been for years. We walked in about 35-40 minutes before closing went to order milk shakes and we were told the machines are cleaned for the night we had to order something else. Went to order soft serve ice cream for sundaes and again , Sorry, it’s already shut down for the night. You will have to order something else. I asked why is everything thing shut down and cleaned more then a half hour before closing on a Saturday night and I was told because we like to get a jumpstart on closing by one girl and the other girl stated it’s because we are all high school kids and need to get home early because we have things to do. I stated it was not very good business to be shutting everything down that early before closing and was the owner aware they are doing this? They told me yes the owner was standing right here. I know who the owners are and that was not one of them. Come to find out the business was sold about a month ago. I spoke to the owner about the situation although he stood there and observed the situation and didn’t explain a thing until I said I was going to reach out to the owner and one of the employees said he was standing right there. Needless to say we will not be back! Not Happy with the new owner or the customer service! Ice cream is awesome but not if we cannot get what we enjoy to have.

Super friendly staff, they answered all of our questions, gave us samples, and let us take our time ordering!They get their ice cream from The Ice Cream Club in riviera beach, no debate the best quality ice cream I’ve had in soflo.It’s a cute family spot, always bring my sister’s kids here on the way back from the wellington mall.

This is truly a gem in Royal Palm. The new owners are super friendly and truly go the extra mile for you. Hands down the best ice cream spot. There's a plethora of flavors and types of ice cream that fits everyone's unique palate and needs. Everything is really delicious and the staff make you feel like family.
