I have tested this shop of wonderful people from an oil change to rebuilding an engine and they have come through every time! They are knowledgeable, friendly, and it's very refreshing to have that good old family business feeling whenever I visit them. Thx Jorge and Rachel!!!

2 stars because it's the Holidays. Used them before, but no more. Told "fuel/oxygen ratio is bad; need new sensors; should improve fuel mileage". Paid them $600 for "new sensors". Mileage got worse-from 38mpg to 35mpg. After 5,000 miles, went to Honda for oil change, and inspection. Honda said my "fuel/oxygen ratio is bad". I thought that's what I paid J/H $600 to fix?!

I was recommended J&H Automotive and I was so impressed with the staff. I called and loved how knowledgeable Rachel was on the phone. Then when I came to drop off my son's car the gentleman the helped me was very nice and took his time to listen to my needs.The best part of my experience was they did not try to sell me on things I didn't need, their prices was reasonable and I was able to get everything I needed and more done to my sons car.. definitely will be back!!!!

I've done business with this shop for almost 20 years. I've taken my cars there probably 20 times with all kinds of problems. They have always been quick and honest. Recently I had an AC problem which they diagnosed. The repair was some freon and some relatively inexpensive parts. I myself had diagnosed it as something entirely different which would have been much more expensive. The next week the same problem came back. I took it in and they found a leaky o'ring. They fixed that and recharged it at no cost. This apparently is my second review and both have been good.

Had my car breakdown on the turnpike and was recommended by AAA to take the vehicle here. Their prices are reasonable and great and their service is phenomenal. I live 65 miles away in Miami and when I needed more repairs done I took my vehicle all the way up north just to have them work on it again rather than just finding a local mechanic close to me. Their receptionist are very knowledgeable, their technicians are very skilled, the service is fast, great, and doesn't break the bank and I'll keep returning my vehicles here as long as I can! Also they are very flexible and allowed me to drop my car off over night with a key drop slot on the door so they could begin working the next morning on it!

Had to get a insurance inspection. Had my appointment at 10am. Got their at 9:45 and was back home by 10:10 am. GREAT SERVICE NICE PEOPLE

Did my carco insurance inspection here. They were fast and friendly. Had my two year old son with me he watched TV and played with a little puppy they had there. Lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful got me in and out right on time.

Updated Review of J & H Automotive (on 2/14/2018) Getting my oil-change done, today... As well as an alignment for my '11 Corolla. Every time I come here, the staff is very accommodating and friendly. Make sure you meet "Daisy," the office pup. She always makes guests feel welcome while waiting for their maintenance to be done. Rachel & Jorge make this establishment an awesome place that you not only want to come to, but also dependable and honest service. I will be coming here for all my automotive needs from now on. I was referred by AAA. This business is recommended by them for auto repairs. I called to schedule an appointment as I was coming from 3 hours away (I had to be in the area for medical reasons). The woman I was speaking to was talking to someone else in the background the whole time I was trying to schedule. This happened twice-I had to call again and change the date. On the day I arrived there was no one around at the counter-I'd just driven 3 hours. After 10 minutes, I called their number and the woman answered. I said, I'm here I had a 10 am appointment, nobody is around. She stated, someone will be up there soon. A guy showed up. He knew nothing about me or my appointment and said it wasn't there. He asked what I needed. I should've walked out. Instead I told him and he quoted around $100. I said, No I was told it'd be $44.50. He said, well okay but just sign this anyway(It still said $100). I crossed out the $100 and wrote "okay for $44.50. " I provided him the codes my Hum device was giving me. After a few minutes, another guy called me up and gave me a quote of over $200 for repairs and said, yes we got the same codes, that'll be $50.24 with tax. So did you want to leave it for the repair?? I of course did not and do not feel I should've been charged $50.24 for this "auto repair store" to tell me the diagnostic codes which were exactly what I told them. I live on disability income alone. $50 is a lot of money for me. Apparently if you know these people, they offer you "great service". Otherwise, forget it. I reported the information to AAA and do not know what happened but do not recommend the store.

I've been coming to Quality Auto for a couple of years and they always do a great job at affordable prices. They are very friendly, trustworthy and knowledgeable! I would recommend Quality Auto to anyone.
