At 7:40 tonight went into the store my wife needed dog food, a large 64 pound bag of Purina or 47 pound bag of Purina chicken and rice. She says to the the guy that do you have this chicken and rice Purina she says I see two bags up top he goes I don’t know, our truck comes in tomorrow come back tomorrow well I need dog food tonight not tomorrow and the lazy kid would not go help my wife and check to see if the two bags of that she saw up on the top to get them down to help her in anyway what an awful customer service and awful help this kid needs to be fired from this store because they just lost the sale and will never go back there again totally ridiculous this type of service

Both locations I go to, the employees are the sweetest young people. They are so helpful and will chat with you about their/your pets. They are truly passionate about animals ❤️

I love how close to home they are. And the staff are most helpful. But, I pay for that convenience cause they're a little more costly than Petco down in Wellington on 441. And this P.S. doesn't always have feeder mice. So I may end up in Wellington, after all.I'm a regular in both stores.

This is our favorite pet store to shop at!! The team members are very helpful & knowledgeable especially David and Rudy. My puppers and I always have fun doing our shopping here.

I have shopped at this store for many years. It is conveniently located so I do stop in often. Everyone there is helpful and friendly with one, continual exception. There is a woman who has worked in the fish department for some time. She often has a conure sitting on her head or her shoulder when I've been in. This woman has elevated ignoring people to an art form. It's truly amazing. Many times I have been in, and while she is merely a few feet away, she acts as if she can't see a customer waiting to spend money. If I ask for help, she always acts as if it's a big inconvenience to her. She may want to treat those aquariums as if they're her personal hobby and ignore customers, but last I checked the fish were there to be sold. I'm tired of being treated that way, so from now on I'll just take my business to a store where such a rude employee isn't tolerated. And yes, I've spoken to the manager about her in the past, so this is nothing new in that store. It's not a matter of someone having a bad day. It just continues.
