Pet Supermarket is a neat and beautiful store with a very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Employees are described as the sweetest, most helpful, and truly passionate about animals. They attend to customers with acceptable manners and are ridiculously knowledgeable, offering great service even close to closing time. The store is clean and carries a wide variety of items, though it may not always have specific live animals like feeder mice. It is a favorite pet store for many, seen as a fun place to shop. However, it is noted that for some, the convenience of a close location can come with slightly higher costs compared to other large chains. The store offers carry out service and works with local animal welfare organizations.

Jonathan at the royal Palm store saw me struggle to get my specific dog food and caught me the next week to help me subscribe so I never have to worry about it not being on the shelf every week. 5 stars just for the most helpful encounter. So happy he remembered.

i had the most amazing experience here!!! the staff was literally above and BEYOND, i got a beta and they helped me pick out everything and told me how to properly care for my new fish they were so so amazing i will definitely be back loved the staff!
