New fav workout spot! Business owners, husband/wife, welcome you with open arms. The other people that workout here are very encouraging and supportive. Routine varies from day to day with an indoor spot in RPB and an outdoor workout in LOX. Great for anyone looking for a change in the same ole routine. Will see results fast!

Great workouts with such great people. Always look forward to the special events too! Trainers are fantastic at motivating you but also at keeping it fun and making you want to push yourself and do better. This is the first place I have been to that I have consistently gone to and enjoyed. Having an indoor and outdoor option for workouts as huge plus! Love this place!
