I called for two 7212 battery’s for our Class A RV , the gentleman told me that the two he had was 2 years old & one was asking for a recharge also he had know way of charging it. Lost sale… absolutely no help headed to Lake Worth

Can we please change the hours on the website?? It’s very inconvenient to think I can make it somewhere in time when I really need something, then to go the opposite direction to go somewhere else because the website tells me different than the actually stores operating hours.

Needed new wiper blades and went to their competitors across the street. The competition failed miserably. They had a slim selection and weren't helpful with my questions. Walked into Napa and greeted quickly and then walked over to the wiper blades section where they explained options and recommended a set. They even installed them right away. Great customer seRVICE NAPA. I'll be back.

Jamie Lee was my savior! This lovely woman goes out of her way for customers. My map synced fell off and I needed another. I couldn’t start my truck. I walked to her store and because they were out of that part- she drove across the street to buy for me at another auto parts store to get for me so I could get my truck started to leave before it got too dark. She was amazing!

What a truly phenomenal company! Jamie went out of her way to get a new alternator because mine went out and I am over an hour away from home. Unfortunately, they didn't have it and their stores closed within the next 20 minutes! Jamie got it for me after Napa's hours at another retailer and she even went and got it after she got off of work! That... that right there is SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE that you CANNOT FIND ANTHER BESIDES PERFORMANCE NAPA! Thank you so much for getting me home to my family at a reasonable hour tonight!

These is where I go to get high quality products and good advice. They won't over-sell you and they can answer questions that other stores have no clue about. Their prices are in line with everyone else and if you are buying something you don't need, they will tell you. I have an old Corvette and they genuinely take pride in helping me find the right products that work best. Their advise is not about how to do it the cheap or easy way, but about how to repair things, replace things, or even tune things, the right way. Definitely worth the drive over!
