I had the pleasure of receiving exceptional service from Jamie at the Royal Palms Store Napa Auto Parts. I called inquiring about an order I had placed two days prior, and Jamie greeted me with enthusiasm and outstanding customer service as soon as I walked in. She swiftly located the part I needed and even offered to expedite service through a courier and driver to ensure I received the correct OEM part for my truck, if needed.
Jamie's commitment to ensuring I was taken care of was evident when I mentioned that the part she provided initially didn't fit. Without hesitation, she went above and beyond, jumping through hoops to rectify the situation. Her dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable.

I called for two 7212 battery’s for our Class A RV , the gentleman told me that the two he had was 2 years old & one was asking for a recharge also he had know way of charging it. Lost sale… absolutely no help headed to Lake Worth

Can we please change the hours on the website?? It’s very inconvenient to think I can make it somewhere in time when I really need something, then to go the opposite direction to go somewhere else because the website tells me different than the actually stores operating hours.

Needed new wiper blades and went to their competitors across the street. The competition failed miserably. They had a slim selection and weren't helpful with my questions. Walked into Napa and greeted quickly and then walked over to the wiper blades section where they explained options and recommended a set. They even installed them right away. Great customer seRVICE NAPA. I'll be back.
