Today, I visited the store and we were so lucky to meet Osman. He explained us all the details and convinced us to switch lines to metro. He set up the phone and was very patient in making sure the phone work perfectly. He also has good customer service, he greed us without even knowing us and he maintained a good and positive attitude. Overall, Osman keeps good customer care.

I visited three of metro locations around this area, start heating the fact that I am giving them money for this kind of service, unprofessional and irresponsible employee and management again full support by the company, stay away from all these location around Wellington and Royal palm

MetroPCS is a good place to buy a phone this is my second time having to get a phone my phone overheats and gets very hot and where I went the lady was very helpful when I go back to get my phone whenever it gets here she's going to take and put all my phone numbers and everything back in for me it's a good place to go there's a young lady I don't know her name all I know is she's a a black lady but she's very very sweet young and she does a lot to help me and stuff

I had to go over to Metro it's a nice store if you want to go to that one go to the one on on Belvedere that's a nice one that's where I went and and the lady was very nice I was trying to get a new phone but it was too early

Came in there today and dealt with Sam she was so awesome and helpful even good energy with the air conditioner being out which surprised me help me to get a new phone and am happy she had great customer service skills highly recommended thank you Sam ?

Great Customer Service, super friendly staff helped me get a deal with a free phone that I was expecting to pay $129 on. Overall a great experience! Definitely recommend these guys!

Stay away from this store, bad customer service, extremely rude employee and bad management. No compassion towards their customers. If you want to buy a phone go to the one on royal palm boulevard, they have great customer service and they will treat you as family.
