I don't know how a business could be any less helpful without being completely closed. I went in twice to get contacts restored; young WOKie couldn't be bothered beyond telling I had to do it in settings and that I should have backed them up.

Came here for a new phone about 2 months ago. Called ahead to make sure they had the phone I wanted AND the deal I was looking for (since every MetroPCS is franchise owned in my area) and they had the phone I wanted, the Moto G Stylus 5g (2022) for FREE when you open a new account. It ended up being much too expensive which her only explanation for the inflated price was "taxes"... So while my boyfriend and I were discussing options and trying to figure out what to do the lady at the counter brought out some random phone from the back (Moto G "Pure") and rang it up. I didn't even know anything about the phone but it was in our price range of $100 and we purchased it only to find out later that the phone wasn't even 5G and was a total piece of GARBAGE!The fact that we were opening a new account and had $100 for a new phone and yet this lady gave us some garbage LTE phone when MetroPCS advertises you can open a new account and have plenty of 5G phone options is absolutely unprofessional! I will NEVER recommend ANYBODY to ever go here!

They have an awesome young lady named Ms. Shamara Young that is truely an awesome young lady shes extremely knowlageable and very smart and helpful and truely cares about her customers shes an assistant manager and people in our community just love her to pieces. Since she has came to that store a lot of my friends and family members have bought telephones and tablets from this young lady just because shes so helpful. Im a very happy customer of Ms. Youngs just because of her infectous smile and geniune caring shes been such a great addition to that particular location I would highly reccommed that if you need a new phone or tablet that you see this young lady and youll get the HELP and RESPECT you deserve. Shes amazing and we all know that good help these days is hard to find. Shes been a true help and blessing to our community. Thank you Ms. Shamara Young for all you do to help your customers. You can see Ms. Young in the Royal Palm Beach location in the winn dixie shopping center. So lets all go see her and just say HOWDY youll be glad you did.
