It's absurd, this McDonald's. If you want your food on time, you might as well call a day in advance—even then, it might not be fresh. Rather than assigning tasks to the 1000 employees who labor around the clock to expedite orders, the manager, a Spanish national, is more focused on how she appears. Given how backed up the drive-through was, I thought I was headed to a car show when I pulled into the parking lot. Furthermore, there is never any ice there, so don't even bother asking for it.

I paid nine dollars and change for a McDouble meal that included a large fry and a large drink, but I can't recall the precise quantity I received. I paid five dollars for a large fry and drink, although the menu price for the meal is $3.29. That's absurd. I asked for a receipt, and she replied to open the next window. When I did, I looked for what I thought was a receipt, so I said okay, but when I went home, I discovered it was just a receipt for a meal order with no prices on it. I'll never come here again because I could have paid the same amount for a quarter-pound lunch.

I came here for lunch after dealing with the mess that I created at Taco Bell next door. Excellent food and service! The meal was meant to go in my mouth and not all over the inside of my car.

I drove in to get a hot coffee and a sausage biscuit. It was a line through the drive-thru but it was very quickly. The employee at the window was courteous and nice.

Food was hot instead of cold which is a miracle because most of the time it is Luke warm to cold when I get. Staff definitely gets a big thumbs up at least the morning staff does I go for breakfast more then anything else.

This place is terrible, I’d drive miles from now on to go to any other McDonald’s. Constantly getting my order wrong, today I just ordered breakfast through the mobile app, came at 10:35 to pick my order up and was told they’re no longer serving breakfast. I’ve ordered ahead and came after the times they’ve served breakfast, and never had an issue til today. When I asked about a refund, they refused to give me one. That’s fine, I’ll dispute all my transactions with that McDonald’s with my bank, over $300 in the last 6 months. They wouldn’t even let me get the drink that I order… beyond disappointing.

Worst McDonald's experience ever. I ordered online waited 15 minutes went to pick up food. They couldn't find it and wouldn't help me. I waited 30 minutes till they finally remade my order. Worst experience ever at a McDonald's. Employees [spanish lady], was so rude and unhelpful. Overall I waited 45 minutes, do not order online, beware! I would give service a 0 out of 5 if I could. Staff is so bad, I can't explain how clueless they are. CORPORATE OFFICE PLEASE SEE THIS AND MAKE A CHANGE AT THIS MCDONALD'S. PLEASE HIRE NEW MANAGERS TO HELP THIS STORE OUT. The craziest thing is I did not get one apology for the wait. They obviously screwed up, they made my order 40 minutes after I ordered, I watched them. No apology. I also got really sick from the burgers.
