This is my go to for home improvement projects. I went to Lowe's last night with a list of things to pick up and had a wonderful experience. Aisha and Javier were so helpful and took their time helping me find the items I needed. Experiences like this make me stay loyal to Lowe's!

Purchased Samsung washing machine from Wellington lowes. Samsung refused to support the warranty. Techs where a no show twice for service 3rd time showed up on wrong day,took a picture of a bug as seen in attached photo. Because of the bugs, it violated warranty. Washing machine makes loud banging at end of cycle. Terrible product, terrible service, shameful lowes has their products.

This experience is the top 3 worst experiences I’ve ever experienced in my life. So I purchased cabinets from lowes online and they said it would get delivered two weeks from that date (be delivered on 12/11). On 12/10 i reached out to lowes because I received no communication from them about the materials. Customer service had no idea where my materials were and that I needed to call back tomorrow to speak to someone else that could assist me. I called the next day and the employee finally figured out that they were using a third party (SEKO Logistics) and that I would have to call them and figure out when the delivery date was. So days are going by and Im calling SEKO/ Lowes and either party can give my any info about a delivery date. 12/21 SEKO (calling them 5-12 times a day) finally answers and is telling me that its getting delivered that day and that the drivers will call me an hour out. No Call and the materials sat in my clients delivery way in the rain all night and now I’m dealing with the consequences… Please don’t put yourself through what I experience ESPECIALLY if your a contractor. Thanks for the top 3 worst experience Lowes/ SEKO.John C

The absolute worst customer service in the lumber department that I’ve ever experienced. The worker stopped cutting my single piece of wood halfway because he was instructed to stop by another worker to help spot him while driving in with a forklift after waiting several minutes he got back to my cut and cut it wrong. Telling me to go get Another piece. I left Everything there and told customer service my experience and left. I will never return to this place.

Since Cisco left this place sucks. Most of the employees are lazy and the all self check out is stupid.

I find that Lowe’s has a better selection that the people are a lot nicer and that they are more caring and more willing to help so I prefer Lowe’s over the other one Home Depot whatever it’s called anyways I highly recommend
