The lighting in this location is awkward. The staff however is almost overly helpful. I couldn’t go from one isle to another without being bombarded with employees asking if I needed any help. I started to feel like I was part of a Truman show or Seinfeld episode with how many times I was asked if I needed help. One employee walked me to the isle I needed and shared his entire life story with me. He was super nice but I felt overwhelmed by the amount of assistance I was receiving. I suppose this should be a good thing, but it made me feel like I couldn’t get a minute to browse alone. The checkout process took forever. I’ve been to better Lowe’s but this one is better for an in and out quick grab imo.

Now I can understand why people prefer homedepot, I was more than 45 minutes waiting for someone to attend me, a very nice guy called several times for help and nothing. I was a very frequent customer of Lowe's, but this was the last time, the employee at Lowe's in royal palm beach fl are horrible
