I went for a drug screening this morning. When I walked in there was no one at the desk and both terminals said that they were closed. There was only one staff member doing everything and she was rude. she didn’t give me my id back when I gave it to her to look at and left it on the counter while she tended to other patients. I had to come back in and wait in line to receive my id. I’ve never had an experience like this at any other labcorp or quest.

One star to this place as “Nacia Sanders” behind the front desk treated my very poorly. As I walk in she is on her phone watching a video and just stares at me. That is no way to greet your patients. She was very rude to me. I hope her manager can teach her how to treat her patients properly and with respect.

Had a great experience with my tech Lanise (hope I spelled it correctly ?). She was professional, she was nice and all my testing was completed on time. I had to get drawn at three different times in accordance to the guidelines for my test and she got them all on the first try, no pain, no bruising.

Maria and the other phlebotomist are both very kind and do a great job with their blood draws. They get it right the first time and it never hurts. I have been seeing them for over a year, and each visit is very pleasant. I am thankful to have found this location, and the company is fortunate to have these staff members!

By far the worse labcorp I have been to, an African American doctor drew blood from me and left me swollen and bruised this is the first time something like this ever happened to me in 34 years, and as u can see I have big blue veins. I will NEVER go back to this location. This was done yesterday and today my arm is extremely bruised, what looks like blood clots.

Highly recommended!We would like to express our gratitude towards Maria at LabCorp at the location at 685 Royal Palm Beach Blvd #102, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411She is amazing and my daughter, wife and I all come to this location just for Maria. We all feel like we are very fortunate to know her!My daughter has regular blood tests, and has done since she was 4, not an easy thing for a child to do but Maria always makes the experience pleasant for her.She is so kind and caring and gentle when she does the blood draw.Thank You Always Maria! You are the best!

I went to this establishment to get some lab work done that my doctor requested and I have never been so hurt by a nurse inserting a needle in my vein! To be in pain over blood work and horrible bruising to occur. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone!

Went for a drug test a week ago. Got a call from their Dr today that they use to read the results which should have been done within 48-72 hours saying that my drug test came back "invalid" and that there was an interference and I'd have to take the test again under observation. Ive taken several drug tests and have NEVER been told about this and that it "happens all the time". It's humiliating and looks so bad to my employer in my opinion. Now I get to take time out of my day again to get another drug test but hopefully I can do it with a more reliable lab.

This facility is great. It is clean and the staff is courteous and very professional. My visit was very short . The check-in process was simple and I was greeted with hello, good morning and have a good day. This is a wonderful location staffed by wonderful people. Thank you for what you do.

Rude .. I get people need to have lunch maybe update your hours to reflect your decision ?? Call me crazy .. it is also fun to check yourself in I feel like I'm at the grocery store. I know your job sucks but you don't have to be rude to the people that are forced to have to deal with you

Got there at 2:15 for blood draw after driving from Royal Palm because they closed early. The woman told me they were closed. It does not take more than 15 minures to draw blood..in factit takes less

This is the first time that I arrive at this location. My appointment was 9:15 AM. As soon as I walked in two minutes later after my check in a technician took my information for my insurance and asked me to please sit down. She called me within 10 minutes. She was very courteous and treated me with respect. She only had to poke me once. I don’t want to say that as I was leaving a Hispanic technician was very polite and treated me very respectful and asked me about my experience there. That really caught me by surprise because she wasn’t a tech that assisted me. I was very pleased with the service. I will be going back for my routine lab work to that location.

I recently visited the Labcorp location at 685 Royal Palm Beach Blvd #102, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33414.Upon arrival no one asked for my health insurance information. Instead they requested a credit / debit card for a $ 150 hold as that would be the max I would be charged. Weeks later I received a bill for $ 673 ! This is on top of the $ 150 I was already charged. This is outrageous. Had I known my insurance was not accepted I would have never had my blood drawn. I am a Registered Nurse with over 25 years of experience and this unethical practice us unheard of. The Google reviews have several other people complaining about this unethical practice, seems to be the standard operating procedure driven by the owner of this location to fleece people.I am sure the owner will not reply to this complaint so I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

This is the WORST experience I’ve ever had with getting blood drawn. Almost 3 weeks after my appointment, I called Labcorp and was told that this office didn’t even add me to their system. The only record of me being there is the sign-in sheet… do NOT go here.
