This is the worse store I have shopped at employees on floor are rude and manager doesn't seem to want top help customers when they ask a question. My daughter was told by mgr Carrie to go to customer service for help the guy there sent her to the front just ti find a price for an item. Never will I shop at this location again. Honestly think it was a racial problem Honestly.

Not as much inventory as usual. What is there is great. Update: 8/23 Lots of dark color clothing for fall '23. Store is stocked. Departments are smaller scaled than other larger stores. U/D 5/2024: again stock is limited. Lots of different things but only a few of that item so chances are, you won't find your size.

Danny the manager was very helpful and adjusted a price of an item that was posted lower then tagged. She also noticed a lot of customers in line and opened another register. I appreciate she valued my time and understood that value is extremely important. High margins are driving customers away and cannot be maintained in today's environment.

We went to kohls to find some items for the house and although we saw some things we liked they didn’t have the right size for the beds or the cost for the item was too much. The few people who were working were very pleasant and tried to help us.

This was our first visit to the Royal Palm Beach location. What a beautiful store, in a great location. Lots of parking right outside the door. Great items in all sizes, a great shopping location.
