I will have to have two screen protectors shipped to my house. He seemed to take a longer time than usual to get this done but I need them, so I'm glad I waited. The store is clean and that is a plus. 2nd floor or the Wellington Mall - easy to locate.”

“Well, let me start by saying we had visited the version store close to the Wellington mall- it was terrible - we ended up leaving because of the pisspoor service - neglect , and ignorance of the store employees. Now we visited this store. Mariann greeted us at the door , asked what we needed and we let her know. She helped us while the store was fairly busy. She was able to satisfy our request, assisted us with the purchase and got us out in a timely manner. She was extremely friendly and hospitable. She should be recognized for this. “I had the worst experience setting up a telephone line with Xfinity. I spent hours setting trying to set up the phone line via phone in which they advised they could not complete due to the location but the apartment next door had a phone line with xfinity. Then I was advised to go to one store which they initially told me they closed at 9 pm when they closed at 8 pm so they were closed when I arrived. They advised that I could pick up the equipment in the morning. I took an uber to that location (not the palm beach lakes location) they stated they could not assist because they did not even have the equipment and had to go to the xfinity located at 1831 Palm beach lakes blvd WPB FL location which I had to pay for another uber to get to so more money out of my pocket due to being provided the incorrect informantion. I went to the store already irritated asnd just wanted to leave the service all together.
BUT when I got to the palm beach location and was assisted by Jeff and expressed my frustration, he let me know why the first location may not have equipment. He apologized though he did nothing wrong and advised that stores don’t have individual numbers. I spoke to him about why I needed the service, but did not want it any more with xfinity after all I went through and he understood and just spoke to me and listened and he is the reason I will keep the service. He gave me all the information I needed and provided additional resources for any issues I may run into when it comes to activating the service. His customer service was impeccable and it needs to be recognized. Anyone who has had similar experiences dealing with xfinity should definitely speak to and receive assistance from him.

Purchasing the phone online is always your best bet, they have heavily discounted prices rotating regularly. If you have any problems the staff in store are more than willing to help but they're brick and mortar so they do need to get paid. Just be friendly and they'll be friendly back.”
