I bought a gtr that was tuned by this shop. Did some work that required modifying the Haltech map. Found out HPLogic did the work. Sent a simple email asking if they could provide the password to the map on my car to make fuel adjustments. They refused and suggested that I buy a tuning session instead to make said modifications? (who locks maps for a noncompetitive street car with bolt ons btw?). Decided to just start from scratch instead of having to pay $100s each time I need to make a change to a car I own. Would consider this a red flag.

This place came highly recommended and was excited to have my car with all the extras. Left car there and a week later had not heard anything. Very hard to get in touch with this company ! On the day he said it was ready I picked up car and paid cash. After driving a short distance I went onto the turnpike. My car immediately showed red lights and it shut down so I could only go 20 mph! Had to call a tow truck and the company refused to pay the tow truck and stated it was not their fault! They said they had to reset something and left it there again. Upon picking it up second time they were not friendly at all. Very poor business etiquette and service. Would not recommend at all!

Jack was unable to tune my car correctly even after taking it to him twice. Still charged for his service and was unable to deliver. Would not recommend.

Definitely someone to refer friends too if you're looking to get tuned correctly, and exactly how you want to. Tuned my G35 VQ35DE within 1 hour or less and i love it!

My rims and tires were stolen off of my car and jack the owner refuses liability even thought they parked my car. Refused to order parts for work I wanted done. Do not go here. And I bet he'll respond with some sarcastic comment that's unprofessional and the customer service reflects it too. Also misdiagnosed my car so they could charge me more for labor to replace a transmission when all the car needs is a shift linkage. Made me waste time ordering a transmission for nothing because they were too lazy to actually diagnose the car. Update just got my car dynoed and it made 240 whp one tune up from another shop and it's already making 50whp more.

Having been in business for almost 14years at this point, i thank the thousands of happy customers we have for the endless support over the years. And to you 5 random idiots that trolled the reviews with your strangely timed 1 star “reviews” having done nothing for you, i sincerely invite you to reconsider your life. Is it really that pathetic? A local guy got me started on a tune for my car wasn’t bad but definitely needed some work. Jack went in and cleaned a lot of things up and is also doing my tune for when the car gets boosted. I would recommend jack to anyone who doesn’t have a good local tuner.

Tbh I had a really bad experience with JackI was booked with him for a remote tuneWe had 3, 2 hr sessions. 2 of which he cut shortOne being my fault due to starter issues and Internet connectionBut the other was him being 45mins lateI was charged 450usd for what he failed to mention was a base tune and not a full tune.The tune that had nothing done to it essentially.Only after working with my new tuner in Australia I really found out how much jack ripped me offThe difference between my base tune from #Jptuning and #hplogic was the difference between people who know and people who think they knowTrust me if your remote tuning use the #Jptuning, I promise u a 11 out of 10 serviceI live on a small island of St Helena in the South Atlantic oceanSo I think he found it very easy to rip me off.Cheers Jack!! half my pay check we'll spent?
