“I walked in to purchase a generator, and it showed on line, on the app, they had 2 in stick, we couldn't find any, Walked up to customer service, the young lady named Benita, helped us, she did a great job, calling around other store to see who had the product IN STOCK, the other store also hung up in her 2 times, and she told them how rude of them to hang up on her or the customer that's drove all the way out there for nothing. Benita helped me and my husband find what we needed very friendly lady, it was worth driving out there for the 2nd time.... thank you Benita”

“Don't try to rent a truck from there it's impossible the cashier had no idea how to rent me a truck and a manager was called the cashier told him that I wanted to rent a truck but he ignored me and walked away . Just unbelievable I had to go to U-Haul instead .”

It’s refreshing to find positive customer service especially during COVID when stores have downsized and reduced staff. She was very personable and knowledgeable not only in her department, but the whole store in general. She escorted us to areas when we couldn’t find products. It is a gentleman named Tom! He was a contractor before and now anything you need, if someone else won't or can't help you, I promise Tom can. He goes out of his way and takes you to the product and offers suggestions for other products to make your job easier. He is seriously one of the main reasons some of my jobs have gone so well.
