It should be 0 star. I returned a car at this location (one way rental), and the deceitful employee that was working, on 09Aug at noon, charged me couple of hundred dollars for an alleged smoking odor in the car. When confronted, the employee stated that he have photo evidence of the smoking odor in the car. Yep... photo evidence for an odor. Ridiculous.... I don't even smoke!!!. Very ridiculous... I elevate case to Hertz HQ for resolution and will be filing fraudulent business practices with State agencies...
Side note: They don't even have cars available and one lady was waiting for a rental car for 1+ hours. ... I showed up with a rental return and they came up with the fake smoke odor to avoid giving the lady the SUV I returned... bad business and they are a FRAUD. Stay away from this location.
No manager available nor they contact you back... will fight this issue to the end.. guara tee the business response to this review will be the same political response provided on the other reviews. This doesn't demonstrate customer satisfaction commitment. They are just a simple fraudulent business.
Update: in 10 minutes, the store responded with the political response I was expecting. They don't care about it.. fraudulent business....

I have been renting with this particular location all year and I’ve had a very positive experience. From the moment I arrived at their location, the process was smooth and efficient, which is exactly what you hope for when dealing with car rentals.
Evan the Branch Manager has always gone above and beyond to ensure my expectations are met and always with an exceptionally friendly and professional attitude.
Whether you're looking for a compact car, SUV for a family trip, or a luxury vehicle for a special occasion, their vehicles haven’t disappointed me.
I’m all the way up to a “Five Star” Membership level and this exactly what this rental place is a 5 Star location in my hometown.
I rent from various places but this location adds the friendly touch.
In conclusion, I highly recommend getting in touch with Evans for anyone in need of a reliable and pleasant car!

This is location should be avoided.I was given a rental car due an insurance claim. Evans keep asking would you like a fancy car. I asked for a Nissan Maxima, Altima or Toyota Camry. Per Evans he only had a BMW available. I took the BMW...I drove the car home on Friday and parked it in my garage. I did not go out until Monday. When I opened my garage there was a line of oil and a puddle...I called this location to explain the issue with the BMW and was told to go to another location. I asked if they could make an arrangement for me. They couldn't, I could do it myself. Awful customer service. I called State Farm, State Farm called Hertz. Evans instructed State Farm to have me call roadside assistance as they could not help me. This took over three hours of my day...This information could have been provided by Hertz when I called this location the first time.Totally disappointed.

Very friendly. Anthony is awesome but .the car I rented was awful had a problem with the brakes, shook all the time like it was struggling just to go, the radio worked when you turn the car on and breaks no sound 2 mins after . All this issues don’t show up when you drive it in the parking lot but when you get on the highway, the others locations didn’t have an option to exchange the car because of the drop off location was different . Awful drive . That car should not be available for rent. All I got was a $25 discount voucher for next rental. No thank you! ????

This place is useless when you go to rent a car, they don't tell you the truth or explain to you, what they are interested in is renting the car and when you go to deliver it you are surprised that they charge you a fee for the car even if you return it before from the delivery date, I rented it for 10 days and they gave you whatever they wanted, they gave me 20 days and I realized when I delivered it, be careful with this company so that the same thing as me doesn't happen to them, they have to return money and they are not fast enough to take care of you
