We had a home inspection done by this GAI and was a great experience from start to finish. They explained everything their inspector would do and when it came time for the inspection, they followed through with everything I was told! ******************* was not only thorough in his inspection of the home we are purchasing, but he took time to ask about our background & get to know us a bit, which I found to be refreshing. He pointed out every issue/defect but also indicated which issues were more concerning & which were typical maintenance problems that can easily be remedied. He was also knowledgeable about insuring the property in terms of what the companies will require to make sure the costs aren't too high. Despite finding some minor issues he also gave us peace of mind, letting us know that overall the house was "a good house". There's always risk in purchasing a property, but *** eased any fears we may have had & we feel like we have the right information going into the deal. My wife and I highly recommend ***!
